Many people have found support and effective tools for dealing with difficult emotions, grief and loss , anxiety and depression and life transitions . For others, learning new relational communication skills is helpful, while others find it useful to overcome negative self-limiting thoughts and feelings that get in their way. Many people find that past trauma or negative experiences are intruding on their present functioning and that trauma recovery is in order. I also work with couples which usually involves identifying , changing and healing from unhelpful patterns and dynamics and finding new and healthier ways to be in relationship.
